Specialty Ice Equipment

We listened to feedback and made changes to the VC1 clear-ice machine.  We eliminated the bead-rolled "X" on the top side of the lid.  Originally, this was incorporated to add strength to the lid.  With the addition of the stainless-steel underside, we no longer needed the "X".  

We removed the side latches.  We improved the gasket between the lid and box.  We did away with the smaller stainless-steel hinges and added 12-inch, stainless-steel piano hinges to secure the lid in place. 

We are testing out new lid stays, which keep the lids open.  

In 2024, we are going to make drastic improvements to the cold plate,  which will improve the thermodynamics  of the machine and possibly utilize less power.  

We offer 2 styles of submersible pumps:  One with a controllable nozzle and another that attaches to the inside of the chamber without a clip.  This version is great for making very flat blocks, while the controllable nozzle version is great for problem areas or freeze-ins.
