Specialty Ice Equipment

Recently we spoke to a company that had machines made by another manufacturer.  Their machines were old and falling apart.  They contacted the manufacturer to have them refurbished, but were met with bad news. The company would not work on the machines and told them that they are not rebuilding machines at this time. We decided to step up to the plate!  Beginning March, 2024, we will offer repair services on certain brands of ice block machines.  Our approach is different;  We send you a questionnaire and ask for some photos.  It's not a fixed price to get your machine operational again!  You may need several parts, or just a couple of parts.  We assess the machine and provide an estimate for parts and labor, similar to what you would expect for auto repairs.  Select the repair services you would like us to provide and ship us your machine.  After receiving your machine, we make additional recommendations if needed and get to work on making the repairs.  It's that simple!
