Ice Spheres at Ludicrous Speed!
How about creating a entire pallet of spheres in a few hours?
We have had this in development for years! The photo to the right is only a small taste of the entire system. The system was designed to produce very high volumes of spheres with minimal handling by the operator. As of October, 2023, we received all components of the system and constructed a large freezer to conduct testing. We will be running this thing very hard through December and are excited to share the results!
This system is designed for large operations. We are running the system every day. When cutting such high volumes, we have ran into an issue with large amounts of snow and are currently working on another component to work with the system. This component is in development and will catch all of the snow created by cutting thousands of spheres per day. As of January, 2024, we are working on a patent for the system.
We realize there is a lot of interest for this system. When ready, we will post updates on social media.

Ice Block Squaring Machine
An early rendering of the concept. This machine is designed for the ice sculptor. The machine maintains temperature in a freezer environment. It is designed to square off slabs of ice or full blocks on site. Great for logos, bars or building large projects. Available Spring, 2024.
