Specialty Ice Equipment

We designed and built a fixture that sits on top of a CNC machine.  This fixture, or "Jig" allows the spheres to drop away from the cutter.  Spheres then collect in a stainless-steel bin underneath the CNC machine. We do not sell the CNC machine, but can recommend a company that we have worked with for years. 

We can produce the sphere jig for either a 4x4 CNC machine, or a 4x8.  Additionally, we can create it for any sized sphere you want.  We provide the fixture, the sphere program and ongoing support.
