Our method of producing spheres incorporates automated equipment with proprietary components that allows us to cut spheres at a very high rate. We are now working on a snow containment system to be incorporated into the process. This system is designed for high volume operations and requires a substantial amount of space to operate in a walk in freezer. We realize there is a real need to produce spheres at a much higher rate and may offer the system on a smaller scale. The system is not for sale at this time as we seek a patent on the process. We will post an update here and on social media when we are ready to bring the system to market.
